Within the Netherlands and Belgium, the shipment of our lamps is always free from > € 50.00!

Shipping within the Netherlands
Tiffany lamp house sells high-quality but fragile handicrafts. That is why most of our packages ship with DHL in the Netherlands. This is a carrier organization that specializes in the transport of fragile items. As soon as your order has been picked up by the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation from us by e-mail. Within the Netherlands, DHL always delivers the next day. We do not ship packages on Saturdays and Sundays. Paid orders received on these days will be shipped on Monday. Packages that we ship on Friday will be delivered to you on Saturday.

Shipping to Belgium
Deliveries to Belgium are provided by DHL. We do not ship packages on Saturdays and Sundays. Paid orders that arrive on these days and are in stock will be shipped on Monday. As soon as your order has been picked up by the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation from us by e-mail. DHL delivers in 95% of cases the next working day. In exceptional cases, it may therefore be an extra day.

If your order arrives with us before 13:00 and you have paid for it with iDeal, PayPal, Direct E-Banking or Bancontact/Mister Cash, it will be shipped the same day. Orders received after 13:00 will be shipped the next day. We ship orders paid by bank transfer as soon as the payment has been credited to our account.

The lamp is currently out of stock
Usually your lamp is already on order. If we have received your payment, the lamp will be shipped immediately after receipt, but always within 15 days. Sometimes the supplier does not have the lamp (temporarily) in stock. The delivery time can then be longer than 15 days. If that is the case, we will always inform you in good time. We then offer you the following three options:

You cancel your order and we will refund your payment within a week
You choose a different lamp and we settle the price difference
You wait for the lamp of your choice to come back in
Order not received
If a package cannot be delivered to you (e.g. due to absence), the driver will leave a card with a telephone number. Via this number you can make an appointment for delivery at a time that suits you better. Occasionally a delivery is delayed. If you have not received your order after 2 days, please contact us.
